The Speech Clinic reports remote access to server and patient records

The Waycross, Georgia speech-language pathology practice reported that a computer and an older server containing pre-2017 patient records of 2,168 patients were remotely accessed. For some patients only a name was exposed, while others had names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers and diagnosis information.
